A Personal Note
Just breathe! Breathe in, breathe out. Take a deep breath in, hold it and release, breathe it out slowly. Breathe in life and goodness, breathe out and discard the old.
So easy and seemingly effortless and yet how I forget to breathe. I forget to take deep cleansing breaths ( except when I am at the beach and I unconsciously take in deep breaths to take in the wonderful ocean air and mist or while in the awe of nature)
Breathing is a natural skill that we are all equipped with and yet, I for one neglect to fully breathe. Breathing is a gift. Breathing is life. Breathing is healing. Breathing is energy. Breathing is creativity. Breathing is orgasmic. Breathing is essential. And yet, how many of us are consciously breathing and not just shallow breathers?
I am aware that I am not breathing fully. Breathing is an innate ability but it can be developed like a superpower especially when breathing while singing, reading out loud, saying lines and of course voice acting.
Breathing is such an automatic act that we may take it for granted and then of course it’s too late when we stop breathing.
So take a breather and remember to breathe! It’s a breeze!
